This condo is centrally located, one block from downtown Archbold. Local restaurants, boutiques, and coffee shops are within walking distance.

Guest Access:
This house is equipped with a smart lock and guests will be provided with a custom access code on the day of check in.

There are 2 queen beds, a twin sized sleeper couch, and a comfortable couch in the living room. Keurig, eat in kitchen, Roku TV, and back patio. Sleeps up to 6 with use of sleeper sofa and couch.

This condo is centrally located, one block from downtown Archbold. Local restaurants, boutiques, and coffee shops are within walking distance. Sauder Village is 2 miles from this airbnb. Interstate 80 is 10 minutes away.

Guests park on the right side of the driveway. Street parking is available, except for between the hours of 11pm-7am during periods of snow.

Cancellation Policy: Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 10 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 10 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
